National Real Estate Recruiting Contingency Fees:
Fees: National Real Estate Recruiting performs candidate searches on a contingency basis therefore you never pay anything unless you actually hire a candidate they present. Then it's a simple, one-time fee of 15% of the candidate's first year base salary.
National Real Estate Recruiting Guarantee:
Should the person resign or be terminated for unsatisfactory performance within 30 days of the starting date, we will refund 100% of the fee; within 31-60 days, 1/2 of the fee, provided the payment has been received within 15 days of the candidate’s start date.
