At least3 years of experience in the real estate multi family management with experience managing at least 200 units of market rate apartments

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate loan origination
• Demonstrated experience successfully originating and negotiating Fannie Mae/DUS®.
• Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated performance record in business development in the commercial real estate mortgage arena with the proven ability to develop, cultivate and manage high quality relationships with intermediaries and borrowers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this position.
• Minimum of a 4-year college degree in real estate, finance or a related field preferred.

At least 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry with 5 in an executive level position, such as a general manager or vice president for a real estate development company.

• At least 5 years experience in a CFO role in a real estate development company
• At least 15 years experience in accounting in a real estate development environment
• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate development process
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and accounting, including real estate tax accounting
• Ability to see big picture with detail
• CPA preferred

• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Knowledge of communication techniques. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
• Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience that demonstrates versatility in all phases of development.
• Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on land development.
• 10 to 15 years of experience, with experience in developing commercial projects.
