Hire National Real Estate Recruiting on contract to fill all your open positions.  We will use all of our resources to fill any position you have.  All we need is a job description.

Services: Our goal is to find the right person for the job.  For your fee, we will find the candidates, conduct phone interviews with the candidates to verify their fit for the position and coordinate interviews between the company and the candidate.

It is the hiring company’s responsibility to conduct any background screening, drug tests and reference checks.

3 Months of Search Services: $25,000 – Guarantee at least 3 job fills (maximum of $8,333/hired candidate)
6 Months of Search Services: $50,000 – Guarantee at least 7 job fills (maximum of $7,143/hired candidate)
12 Months of Search Services: $75,000 – Guarantee at least 11 job fills (maximum of $6,818/hired candidate)

Our goal is to fill every job you send us…we want you back.

Payment: One third of the fee is to be paid up front.  Second third of fee to be paid at mid point of agreement term. Final third to be paid at end of the term. (Pending any discounts or refunds)

Salary per job not to exceed $75,000.
