National Real Estate Recruiting Services include:

National Real Estate Recruiting Contingency Fees:
Fees: National Real Estate Recruiting performs candidate searches on a contingency basis therefore you never pay anything unless you actually hire a candidate they present. Then it's a simple, one-time fee of 25% of the candidate's first year base salary.
Special Fee: After the first placement billed at 25%, following placements, if completed within 90 (ninety) days of each other, will be billed at 20%.
Jobs with Base Compensation of $75,000 and over
We require an initial fee of $2,500 to commence a search for any position that pays $75,000 and over. The $2,500 is a refundable fee until we submit at least one (1) qualified candidate, (per the job description you provide us) then it becomes non-refundable. If you hire a candidate submitted by National Real Estate Recruiting, the $2,500 will be applied as part of the fee.
National Real Estate Recruiting Guarantee:
Should the person resign or be terminated for unsatisfactory performance within 30 days of the starting date, we will refund 100% of the fee; within 31-60 days, 2/3 of the fee and within 61-90 day, 1/3 of the fee, or provide you with a replacement at no charge, provided the payment has been received within 15 days of the candidate’s start date.
