Hire National Real Estate Recruiting on contract to fill all your open positions.  We will use all of our resources to fill any position you have.  All we need is a job description.

Services: Our goal is to find the right person for the job.  For your fee, we will find the candidates and conduct phone interviews with the candidates to verify their fit for the position.

It is the hiring company’s responsibility to coordinate interviews, conduct any background screening, drug tests and reference checks. Our job is to bring you candidates.

Candidate Guarantee:

All candidates hired are guaranteed throughout the term of the contract. All candidates hired within 30 days fo the expiration fo the contract are guaranteed for 30 days.  If a candidate abandons a position or is dismissed, based on performance, we will make every effort to replace that candidate.

Packages:

Our goal is to fill every job you send us…we want your repeat business.

Payment: Monthly payment is to be paid at the beginning of every month prior to service.

Salary per job not to exceed $70,000. Any position that pays over $70,000 will be billed under our contingency fee structure.

Contract Cancellation – For Search Service terms of 90 – 360 days:                       

If you decide you would like to discontinue with National Real Estate Recruiting search services, you can buy out the remainder of the contract for 25% of the remaining payments due. (Required notice to be given at least 5 days prior to the next 30 day term).
